29th Sunday in Ordinary Time - World Mission Sunday - October 17-18, 2009
The latest letter from Father Michael - click here SECOND COLLECTION TODAY FOR MISSION SUNDAY (Propagation of the Faith)We know how
blessed we are in our faith, in times of sorrow, in times of worry, in
times of joy. Christ calls
us to share this gift with those who are close to us, and the entire
world. Today, World Mission Sunday, we pray in a special way, that all
may know the nearness and love of Christ.
Our second collection for World Mission Sunday will help
support the church’s missionary work throughout the world and in our
home missions. Please be
as generous as you can in sharing the gift of faith you have received.
Extra envelopes are available in the pews.
